Popyurā inazuma! Shin no tsuyo-sa no kyuasafuran! (ポピュラー稲妻！真の強さのキュアサフラン！ Popular lightning! Cure Saffron of true strength!?) is the second episode of Sky Pretty Cure. This episode focuses on Kiishi Topaz transforming into Cure Saffron for the first time. In the German dub, this episode is called "Die wahre Stärke der goldenen Cure Saffron!" (The true strength of the golden Cure Saffron!).
Synopsis
Transcript
As Ruby wondered how many Cures would be there, Scarlet asked her how many colors exist. A moment later Robin, Ruby's twin sister, came into the room and answered the question. Her answer was that there are six or seven colors of the rainbow. Later at the Yellow Sun Ranch, Ruby was visiting her friend Topaz, together with Amber. They were talking about a lot things and a girl about their age just left. The girl was Aomizu Sapphire, a student of Shiro Private Middle School.
Meanwhile another strange person arrived at the ranch and surprised Ruby as she was looking for Scarlet. Blank asked her about Scarlet and Pretty Cure. But Ruby acted like she had no idea what he was talking about. However, Blank turned a horse into a Katahowa and Ruby had to transform even though Topaz was right next to her. Surprised about what Topaz just saw, another bear, called Yellow started talking to her. After she came over the shock, Toapz decided to help her friend and transformed into Cure Saffron. Cure Saffron then defeated the Katahowa by using her Pretty Cure powers.
Meanwhile, Amber, who was actually helping Topaz' parents, watched the whole fight.
