Seiza Hoshi is one of the main Cures from Crystal Star ★ Pretty Cure!. Hoshi is a fourteen year old girl with an interest in old stories and history who transfers to Kagayaku akarui Middle School. She is very good student and loves to tell everybody about her interests. She became a good friend with Miku, because they have the same interests. Her alter ego is Cure Orion (キュアオリオン Kyua Orion). Her powers are related to the stars.

Cure Orion (キュアオリオン Kyua Orion) is Hoshi's Pretty Cure alter ego. Her powers are realted to the stars. Cure Orion fights alongside with Cure Night. She and Cure Night are similar to Cure Blossom and Cure Marine. Alone, Cure Orion can perform Star Catch. Like Cure Night, she has many subattacks. One of them is called Big Star a shield to protect her and the other friends.
Together with the others, they can use Ultra Universe Constellation.

"Pretty Cure Star Change!" - Pretty Cure Star Change! is the official transformation pharse used by Seiza Hoshi to transform into Cure Orion in Crystal Star ★ Pretty Cure!.
Seiza (星座) - Sei (星) means star which is a reference to her powers which are related to stars. Za (座) means seat. The word Seiza means Constellation this matches the seasons main theme.
Hoshi (ほし) - Means "star" in Japanese.
- Hoshi is a bit similar to Kasugano Urara and Kise Yayoi
- Cure Orion's appearance is similar to Cure Lemonade.
