Once upon a time, there was a kingdom known far and wide for its vast and unconditional love for their fellow man and their King and Queen. The King and Queen loved each other deeply. They loved each other more than anything and shares and spread their love to every since person in their kingdom.

The King and Queen were soon overjoyed to learn that they were expecting their first child, a baby girl. The Queen was especially thrilled and made a flower garden for her unborn baby. Together, the two of them would give her all their love and share their beautiful kingdom with her. They decided to that they would name their unborn child Kokona, for the heart full of love she would have and the beautiful garden the Queen grew for her.

However, the Queen suddenly grew very ill. She was able to carry and give birth to their baby girl, but lost her life to do so. Kokona was born, but wasn’t welcomed by the loving arms of her mother or father, only the tears of the sorrowful kingdom, mourning over the lost of their Queen.

The King had lost the love of his life and falls to despair. Darkness so deep that he is unable to love his daughter. The whole kingdom lost its light and love. Soon, the kingdom full of love starts to crumble with the care of its people. The Queen’s beautiful garden made for her daughter wilts and dies.

The kingdom was filled with too many memories of the Queen. The King decided that he and his people needed to start over in a brand new kingdom filled with new memories they could create together. The whole kingdom moved on from the fallen kingdom, but the King leaves his daughter behind, see the face of the Queen within Kokona. He could not move on if Kokona, the Queen’s shadow, came with him. Kokona was left alone in the fallen kingdom to be forgotten about. Unloved by her father and her people.

However, Kokona didn’t fall to despair. Her heart was full of her mother’s love. The Queen’s love echoing inside of her, Kokona began to rebuild her kingdom, learning how to fix its tower, bring back the animals and her mother’s flower garden.

Before long, Kokona grew into a beautiful woman with a pure, unwavering heart. Although the kingdom was clumsy and didn’t compare to its former glory, Kokona put all her love into rebuilding it. Her only friends were will the animals and flowers and the only thing that dampened her heart was her father and her people that never loved her.

One day, all the animals in the kingdom vanished and Kokona, too, began to fall to despair, believing her animal friends abandoned her. However, before her heart turned to complete darkness, she sees the animals return to the kingdom with a crowd of villagers. Kokona recognized them immediately as her people and her father, the King riding on the back of a buck. Out of love for their princess, her animal friends went in search of her people and brought them back to her.

The King fell to his knees and wept. He cried to his daughter, weeping, voicing how proud he was of her. The love in her heart was the Queen’s final gift to her daughter and that Kokona’s love was far greater than any of them. The King cried about how he had regretted abandoning her and the kingdom the Queen and him build and loved more than anything.

Kokona searched inside her heart and found the greatest emotion of all. Forgiveness. Kokona welcomed her father and her people back with loving arms. Together, they restore the kingdom. It flourished and had become stronger than ever before and they all lived happily ever after.

The End.

Relationships[]

Kuroizado - Kuroizado is Kokona's father. She cares deeply for her father, affectionately calling hims "Papa". She cares about his well-being and worries when he loses control. Kokona cares more for her father than herself, stating that if she left, she would make her Papa sad and she couldn't handle to the source of her father's sadness. In Episode 36, Kokona voiced that if Papa would be happy with her out of the way, she will accept this, showing that she unnconditionally loves her Papa and puts his happiness over her own life.

Imari Suzukawa - Imari found Kokona when she followed her beautiful singing voice. Kokona was surprised by her friendly-nature and could easily open up to her. Kokona was even more surprised when Imari voices that she cares about her even though they had only just met and that it's a Pretty Cure's responsibility to care about everyone. When Kokona learned that Imari is her enemy, she is shown to be very sad. When Imari and Kokona are able to meet again in Episode 36, Kokona is confused by Imari, believing that her enemy should have big claws and fangs, but was a girl that looked just like her and had a beautiful, kind heart. Kokona is also surprised that even though Imari didn't know her, she wanted to save her and her Papa.

Thames - Kokona sees Thames as her "Little Brother Thames" and sees him as family. Even though he did it to be cruel, Kokona liked it when Thames use to tell her jokes and sing her songs and was very worried about him when he became cursed and changed. Even after Thames wounds her, Kokona tells Cure Fable to not blame him.

Linda - Kokona saw her as "Big Sis Linda" and talks about her fondly and how kind she was even though she always yelled at her and hurt her. Kokona liked how Linda would let her borrow her books and would leave a pile of them outside of her study for her, though this was probably because she didn't want to see her and didn't want Kuroizado to get mad at her for harming Kokona. Regardless, Kokona loved Linda and was sad when she was purified. It was thanks to Cure Fable and Linda's star gem that Kokona was able to be "reborn" as a Pretty Cure.

Xoanon - Kokona saw him as "Big Brother Xoanon" and liked that he would nitpick on her, believing he was helping her to improve herself, misunderstanding his cruelty with kindness. Regardless, Kokona always couldn't help but laugh when Thames would pull pranks on Xoanon and chase him around the castle. Kokona cared very deeply for Xoanon and was very sad when he was purified.

Leah & Lola - while Kokona saw Linda, Xoanon, and Thames are siblings, she doesn't share the same sense of sibling love with Leah & Lola, seeing their smiles and cheerful-nature as fake and are the only ones that Kokona can see past it and at their cruelty to her.
