Pegasus Form (ペガサスフォーム, Pegasasu Fōmu^?) is one of the three upgraded forms for the Pretty Cure and was achieved by the Pretty Cure in episode 25 after healing Eirun and with the power of the Pegasus Chalice.

Individually, the Pretty Cure are known as Pegasus Phoenix, Pegasus Minotaur, Pegasus Garuda, Pegasus Siren, Pegasus Fairy, Pegasus Blizzard, Pegasus Moon, Pegasus Sun, and Dark Pegasus Wolf.

Transformation Sequence

Without Dark Pegasus Wolf

The Pretty Cure hold hands together as they circle the Pegasus Chalice and say, "Eirun, the Mystic Pegasus!" (エイルン、ザミスティックペガサス！, Eirun, Za Misutikku Pegasasu!^?). The Chalice goes above the Pretty Cure and they break apart and say, "Give us your Grand Power and Activate it!" (あなたのグランドパワーを与え、それをアクティブにしてください！, Anata no gurandopawā o atae, sore o akutibu ni shite kudasai!^?). 8 lights that corresponds to each of the Pretty Cure shoot out of the chalice and the lights go into their corresponding cures. Their outfits change and their hair styles change. Wings sprout from their backs and they are done.

Dark Pegasus Wolf

Cure Wolf shouts, "Eirun, the Mystic Pegasus!" (エイルン、ザミスティックペガサス！, Eirun, Za Misutikku Pegasasu!^?) and she throws the chalice into the air. She then shouts again, "Grant me your Power and Activate it!" (あなたの力を与え、それを活性化させてください！, Anata no chikara o atae, sore o kassei-ka sa sete kudasai!^?) and dark purple smoke leaves the Chalice and engulfs her. The Chalice falls and the smoke vanishes. Cure Wolf emerges as Dark Pegasus Wolf.
