The Past Forever Sweet Cures (先代フォーエバースイートプリキュア Sendai Fōebā Suīto Purikyua) were the original Cures who sealed Artichoke, though were sealed in return. They have been freed very recently, but left unable to transform. There are four girls of this team: Satoe Honocar, Harada Nina, Tomitera Sky, and Nanami Miyu.

The Cures were found by the fairy Maple as Artichoke was attempting to attack. After a long and tiring battle, they were finally able to seal him, although he had sealed them before he was sealed by the attack. Both the Cures and Artichoke stayed this way for centuries, until they were found by two separate groups of people.
