Kashoku Hina is one of the main Cures from Moonlight Flower Pretty Cure. Hina is Kanon, Selene and Natsuki's who moved in this town two years ago. She has a very childish personality. But can also be very serious. Everytime Selene is sick, she is very worried. She has a lot of stuffed animals in her room which matches her personality. Her alter ego is Cure Star (キュアスター Kyua Sutā). Her powers are related to the stars.
Her catchphrase is Always here! (いつもここ！Itsumo koko!)

Hina has short brown hair and brown eyes. Different as her friends, Hina wears glasses. She wears a grey shirt and a yellow top underneath. She wears dark blue jeans with a white belt and black shoes.
As Cure Star, her hair becomes longer and changes from brown to yellow. She wears a orange hairband. She wears a long-sleeved white dress with a yellow skirt and a orange ribbon. She wears light yellow boots.

Cure Star (キュアスター Kyua Sutā) is Hina's Cure alter ego. Her powers are related to stars. She transformed after Cure Crescent lost her partner and activted her Magic Rupee. Her partner is Twinkle.

"Pretty Cure Light Power Charge!" - Pretty Cure Light Power Charge! is the official transformation speech used by Kashoku Hina to transform into Cure Star in Moonlight Flower Pretty Cure.
Kashoku (華燭) - Kashoku means bright light. This is a reference to her alter ego as Cure Star and matches the season's theme.
Hina (陽菜) - From Japanese Hi (陽) "sun, sunlight" combined with Na (菜) "vegetables, greens".
