Aratani's causal outfit consists of a pink shirt and a blue jeans jacket, complete with magenta pants and pink sneakers. Her hair is red and very curly.
When Cure Ruby, her hair curls into twin tails. She wears the pretty cure vest like all the others, but hers is a bit shorter. At the ends of the vest there are frills. She wears a red long skirt too. Her shoes are short and are gold at the end. As an accessory, she wears a red rose with a blue wing on her hair.
