The five pacts
The Holy Pacts (ホーリーパクト Hōrī Pakuto) are devices that allows the girls from Moonlight Flower Pretty Cure to transform into Pretty Cure. They need to be activated by the mascots before the girls can transform.
Although Mizuki has her Pact, she still needs the power of her partner Tsuki to activate it.
Pacts[]
Every Pact has its own name. The name is based on the Cure's powers.
Moonlight Pact[]
The Moonlight Pact (ムーンライトパクト Mūnraitopakuto) is the pact used by Cure Crescent to transform. After Tsuki got kidnapped the pact lost its powers and Mizuki was not able to transform into Pretty Cure again.
Mizuki transforms by saying Pretty Cure Moonlight Heart Power!
Flowerlight Pact[]
The Flowerlight Pact (フラワーライトパクト Furawāraitopakuto) is the pact used by Cure Sweet to transform.
Kanon transforms by saying Pretty Cure Light Power Charge!
Whitelight Pact[]
The Whitelight Pact (ホワイトライトパクト Howaitoraitopakuto) is the pact used by Cure Grace to transform.
Selene transforms by saying Pretty Cure Light Power Charge!
Starlight Pact[]
The Starlight Pact (スターライトパクト Sutāraitopakuto) is the pact used by Cure Star to transform.
Hina transforms by saying Pretty Cure Light Power Charge!
Sunlight Pact[]
The Sunlight Pact (サンライトパクト Sanraitopakuto) is the pact used by Cure Shine to transform.
Natsuki transforms by saying Pretty Cure Light Power Charge!
